IMPACT 1000 unites funeral professionals throughout the United States who believe that giving together accomplishes more than giving alone.
In 2025, more than 100 professionals came together to form the Founding Class, and this year, the work will be transformative. Members pool their contributions to create a collective force for change, then vote on where the funds go, directing support toward the programs and priorities that matter most to funeral service. Together, we’re funding the work that helps grieving families, strengthens the profession, and invests in its future.
